Now Hiring - Assistant Property Manager in Georgetown, TX

As a first impression of our 244 unit Senior Low Income Housing Tax Credit community, it is important our full-time AWESOME Assistant Manager understands the value of providing strong customer service. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors, and to present a positive, professional image. We are looking for a true team player, who loves to have fun at work and wants to join our company.

This position includes the following schedule of Monday through Friday, weekday hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Assistant Manager Requirements:

• Under the direction of the Community Manager, process rental applications, certifications and lease renewals.
• Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills.
• Responsible for collections of rents from property residents and have a good understanding of reading ledgers in One-Site.
• Maintain resident and property files and waiting lists.
• In the absence of the Community Manager, monitor the property and resolve minor issues
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.
• Ability to assist with daily office operations, to include answering the phone, responding to residents requests and inquiries, showing and leasing apartments, entering service requests and filing etc.
• Greeting and touring prospective residents, able to provide them with community information and rental rates.
• Follow up and document status of leads.
• Outreach marketing.
• Data entry and utilizing Onesite Realpage.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Experience :

• 2 + years of recent hands on apartment management experience
• One year Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience
• Superior customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and OneSite a plus
• Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of management; internally and externally.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Drivers License
